Background

British Heart Foundation’s Haunted House Party is an ‘at home participation event’ aimed at a warm audience of families, mainly targeting Mum’s to host an event and fundraise at home during Halloween.

The brief

After running a workshop with British Heart Foundation’s innovation team, we were tasked with creating and shaping the event proposition and the event name. We then moved onto creating the overarching master creative, together with an engaging and detailed email supporter journey plan.

The work

As well as designing and producing the master event creative, we also designed and produced a wide range of digital and print-at-home assets for this pilot event. We all had a lot of fun creating a host of supporting materials including a spooky spider sweepstake poster, a pin the eye on the monster challenge game, decorative Halloween bunting, front door party poster, donation jar labels, party invitations, donation sheets, a party host checklist and various fun activity sheets and cut-out face masks for the kids.
